POSITION: TICKETING AND TOUR EXPERT
REPORTING TO THE GENERAL MANAGER
LOCATION: DZORWULLO ACCRA
The Tour Consultant shall perform the following functions:
- Liaising with travel partners, tour operators and hotels, to manage bookings, schedules & promotions.
- Design and manage attractive and cost effective tour packages for our cherished clients and assist the operations manager in organizing ‘signature tours’
- Provide clients with professional travel advice to assure value for money and client satisfaction
- Research and update the relevant portals and stakeholders on various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions and reviews to enhance customer satisfaction
- Network with industry professionals and partner establishment both local and outside
- Marketing of services: Manage the business website, social media and other platforms to sell our business value proposition.
Requirements
- A Diploma or certificate in Travel and Tourism or related is a must.
- A certified user of at least one ticketing platforms Amadeus, Sabre etc
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in travel and tours operations
- Excellent customer service skills
