Description
On Site Database Administrator will take on a role enabling the client to make the very most of their database systems.
The responsibilities include:
•Support DB2 and administer, design, build and maintain these systems, including Data Warehousing and ETL functions.
•Delivering effective production support to the client databases, capture and design performance requirements and help developers come up with effective solution designs.
•Develop robust database models and ETL packages.
•Mentor and train junior staff on that field.

Role Skill Set Requirements:
•10 years’ experience of Database Administration using
•Experience of DB2 Server Clustering, monitoring and tuning DB2 Server Databases, DB2 Server Reporting Services and DB2 Server Analysis Services.
•Sound ETL experience using DB2 Integration Services
•You must have plenty of initiative and excellent communication skills.
•B.S. Degree and a Certification in DB2 management would be advantageous.
