Deloitte is leading a power sector transformation program which has been established by a development agency to support reform within Ghana’s power sector. The objective of programme is to expand the supply of and access to affordable and reliable grid-connected electricity services in West Africa through a range of technical assistance, capacity building, and transactional support to advance Power Africa’s objectives in selected countries in the West Africa region.
The Monitoring & Evaluation Specialist will be responsible for the implementation of all aspects of the program Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (ME&L) Plan including data collection, alignment of project activities to the plan, and reporting. As directed by the Chief of Party or their designee, the Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist shall perform, oversee, and support the performance of the following specific tasks
Indicator Data Collection, Verification, and Management
Alignment of Project Activities to ME&L Plan
