Description
The Role of the On Site Desk Side Support Administrator performs varying degrees of problem determination and resolution of desktop hardware and software problems through the effective use of available technical resources, per contracted service level agreements.
.The responsibilities include:
•The Desk Side Administrator would maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with systems & network administrators.
Role Skill Set Requirement:
•At least 3 years’ experience in MS Windows Family
•At least 3 years’ experience in MS Office package
•Good knowledge in LAN/WAN Network, TCP/IP protocol and network devices
•Good knowledge in at least two OS: Windows, Linux, UNIX (preferably AIX)
•Good knowledge in IT Security aspects
•Knowledge of ITIL
