Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager Team Leader

We offer standardized
transport as well as highly specialized end-to-end solutions to customers in a
wide range of industries globally.

Currently we are looking for Business
Development Manager Team Leader who
will be a direct link between DPDHL and our customers.

Your
task will be:

Coordinate
business development strategy and plans to achieve market and customer growth
and retention rateDraft
business development plans and budgets including account management approach
and account plans for assigned geographic region Track
revenue generation, profit/ expense objectives and coordinate for assigned
geographic regionDeliver
new business development initiatives/ operationsWork
with Countries sales team to initiate and establish relationshipsDeliver
market studies and feasibility studies to assess market potentialProspect
new business development opportunities through market research, developing
marketing initiatives, etc. Explore
Industrial Projects Business Development opportunities with government
authorities and relevant parties Identify,
pursue and acquire profitable Industrial Projects business relationships with
key customersNegotiate
to obtain new customers and support Countries Sales team in difficult
negotiations to secure critical sales Improved
customer interactions and their overall developmentUnderstand
customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns and advise direct reports,
customers and key stakeholdersSetting
goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results

Your
profile should look like:

Minimum
5 years experience in similar role Experience
in Oil & Gas and/or Mining SectorExperience
in Sale Department in West African marketKnowledge
and experience in Logistic and Transportation area in West African marketKnowledge
and experience of managing multiple/varied costumersGood
communication and presentation skills, ideally selling experience in
competitive marketsFully
computer literate, with a solid knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPointEnjoy
communication and interaction with peopleResult
orientated
