Job Description

Job Title: Sales & Marketing Executive

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY: To sell, promote and market Devtraco’s products to all clients.
Your duties would include (but are not limited to) as outlined below;

SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify new business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
• Sell homes by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
• Advise clients on different home types, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters.
• Arrange site visits for prospective Clients; inspections of property, advising them on the suitability and value of the homes they are visiting.
• Monitor sales as they proceed and liaising with all interested internal and external parties including Finance, projects and Customer Service Departments, and mortgage companies.
• Maintain cordial relationships with clients by providing support, relevant information and guidance from inception to when first payment is made.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on real estate industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Ensure all paperwork is properly filled out; Application Form, Offer Letters, Contract of Sales, Basic relevant information, obtain clients valid identification and payment receipts. Ensure each client is set up on the Sales interactive management software (Sims), and all documentation is scanned and uploaded.
• Represent Devtraco at trade shows, exhibitions and fairs
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal network; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional activities.
• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
• Ensure the preparation of all weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports are done within the set dates.

Any other job as may be specified by your line manager or Executive management REQUIREMENTS:

• Bsc. Administration (Marketing Option); any other related field with 2-3 years working experience in a related field.
• 5 years and above experience for an HND holder.
• Strong Finance background is an added advantage.
