ShawbellConsulting has been at the forefront of Ghana’s business advisory and consultancy landscape for over 10 years during which it has provided professional services to organizations in Ghana and internationally. At this juncture, we are desirous of capitalizing on our experiences and prospects by bringing on board a senior, experienced and committed professional who will participate in driving our firm’s vision in line with our growth strategies moving forward.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Group CEO and Board of Directors, the role will spearhead delivery of high-quality management consultancy services, provide leadership to a mixed team of hard-working consultancy staff, and increase the Division’s overall contributions to the growth of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:
Postgraduate Degree in Economics, Business or Policy and Development, or in a complex management discipline from a reputable University; He/she must have 10 years proven success in delivering best practices in business & management consultancy services locally and overseas; The right candidate will have an understanding and experience of proper consultancy practice in both public and private sectors; He/she must demonstrate a superior ability to engage with Government, Multinationals and clients in the NGO sectors, think analytically and provide solutions to a mix of business problems. Must show a consistent career record and be capable of writing good reports. He/she must be able to work around the clock to deliver results and set a good leadership example to staff.
