We are seeking a young, dynamic and highly motivated individual with the right attitude for immediate employment as a Business Development Executive. This is a multifaceted role to acquire clients of specific industries, and ensure client satisfaction and retention through relationship management.
Job Title: BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
Build capacity and conduct research on chosen/assigned industry.
Develop new business channels and establish a broad network of decision makers in your industry.
Market Empower’s services to generate new business using a medley of creative business development activities relevant to our brand.
Engage decision makers in the industry on Empower’s service offerings by attending meetings, networking, delivering presentations etc.
Generates and maintains prospect lists to be converted to sales.
Following up swiftly on clients enquiries following through to close business
Key Account Management
Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients whilst developing a good understanding of their companies, industry and work culture
Deliver active relationship management and comprehensive support, to ensure an ideal and smooth placement process for both your clients and candidates.
Manage terms of business for your clients and ensure adherence to terms in service delivery.
Manage budgets to ensure end-to-end client satisfaction.
Prepare and ensure on-time delivery of invoices to clients
Ensure collections are current at all times in accordance with client terms of business.
A minimum of a first degree in Marketing / Business Administration
3 – 6 years Sales & Marketing experience
Knowledge of Facilities Administration & Management will be an added advantage
Ability to work with little or no supervision
Proven ability to use MS Office
Ability to prioritize, multitask and manage time efficiently
Excellent Relationship building skills,
Solid and demonstrable administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
