Job Title: Front Office Manager

Job Summary

Our client, a reputable and luxurious hotel is currently seeking to recruit a self-motivated and highly professional person for the role of Front Office Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and train the concierge, night auditor and team of receptionists
  • Ensure the front desk provides a professional and friendly service for customers
  • Deal with customers, including handling complaints when they come to the desk
  • Troubleshoot emergencies
  • Schedule staff rotation
  • Liaise with other departments

Required Skills or Experience

  • Must hold a diploma, HND or degree in Hospitality Management or Hotel Management.
  • Must hold a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Having prior work experience in a hotel and customer relations is an advantage
