As a business development manager, you will be responsible for generating new business for the Company. You will identify, assess and execute business development opportunities within the company’s target market segment to increase its market position within its operating markets
You will develop strategic business relationships with financial institutions, insurance companies, Government institutions and any other institutions that may require our products and services.
Your perseverance and ambition should drive a healthy pipeline of innovative and dynamic projects.
Your objective will be to make sure we close all clients within our addressable target market.

Nature of Work
nFortics is a Fintech company with a focus on helping banks, financial Institutions, insurance companies, FMCG and government agencies extend their in-house activities to the field via agents and agent networks.
We achieve this by working with a lot of third party providers including but not limited to mobile network Operators, credit reference bureaus, identity management organisations and core banking system providers.
Our core platform, called lemon (formely known as mFinance), which delivers all our services to clients interfaces with other internal products to enable our clients enjoy a range of services.
The position requires someone who has worked within software/technology sales and enjoy selling to financial institutions, insurance companies, government agencies and FMCG.
You must be a well-spoken and well-dressed individual with an ability to inspire people with products and services.
In your earlier months with nFortics, you will need to spend enough time understanding our current and future products, our work ethics, our workflows and also work with different teams in different divisions to understand the nature of our business. Subsequent months will require you to settle into your actual role, prospect for new clients and up-sale to existing clients.
