Job Title: Product Analyst
You will prioritize Ghana’s overall content roadmap through market and futurist research and onboard the executive teams to support your direction, because start-up.
You will leverage partners like teachers, schools, content institutions, social entrepreneurs, data clerks, translators and more to implement your desired learning models for the future within our platform.
You will work closely with our technology team to design and deploy a fast, scalable and digital content creation marketplace that supports our remote content creators and translators that you want to work with.
You will oversee all focus group sessions, leading data collection and knowledge sharing on Eneza’s product with all teams after each session. This will be over the phone and in-person sessions with customers.
You will be responsible for the tickets raised within the Ghana team; working with the tech support to ensure a resolution to the issues and communicating this back to the team
Training the team on raising tickets and SLAs
Troubleshooting and confirmation of the issue.
Conducting issue related UATs and providing the reports to the various stakeholders.
Data & Analytics
You’ll process data requests from the team and ensure the right API links are available for making decisions.
You will be working with the tech team in developing new API links for retrieving data from the API.
You will need to validate data between Eneza’s systems and MNOs systems on a continuous basis
Analyzing user data and providing periodic reports on subscriptions, activations, churns, inactivity and engagement.
Supporting the marketing team with the right information on marketing initiatives and working with them to utilize data to increase business outcomes.
Ensuring that Mixpanel is configured to provide the Ghana team with clean analytics and dashboards.
Generating weekly data reports on Mixpanel and sharing this with the team
Working with teams to build and managing the relevant data tracking dashboards.
Working with the customer care to collect qualitative data on users, conducting UATs, NPS, CSATs and focus group sessions.
In-depth analysis of all data and providing reports to the various team with recommendations on actionable tasks
Personal and Professional Expectations
Building knowledge in SQL, Python and/or R for data analytics
Building relevant knowledge in Google analytics or Mixpanel implement other mainstream analytical and user testing tools once manual processes are established
