A leading Oil and Gas Company is looking for qualified candidates for the following position based in Accra:- Contract Engineer
The contract Engineer will take care of procurement of works, services and materials based on company guidelines and procedures and, in line with guidelines set out by the Management
Key Activities:
• Contract Award Process: to lead the contract award process and prepare all the necessary documentation under the supervision of the management
• To liaise with internal Clients, and Suppliers
• To respect the Company’s procedure
Main Responsibilities
• Contract Award
• Receive the Material/Service Request (PR)
• Analyse the requests and, accordingly, prepare the appropriate strategy, to be approved by the management, in order to meet the requiremnet, including:
• Selection of suitable Bidders
• Selection of appropriate Contractual Standards
• Issue to the bidder(s) the Tender documentation
• Act as focal point for the receipt and management of their queries
• Receive the Bidders proposals
• Organise the opening committees for technical and commercial bid openings
• Ensure, under the supervision of the management, that the requesting unit provides an adequate technical evaluation of the proposals, if and when applicable
• Prepare the economic evaluation of the bid for the approval of the management
• Negotiate under supervision of management (with the selected Supplier) prices, terms and conditions
• Prepare the contract documentation and award recommendation for the approval of management
• Ensure correct distribution of contracts to supplier and internal functions
• Ensure proper archiving and storage of all tender and contractual documentation
• Post Award
• Reporting
• Support the Contract Managers during Contract execution
• Prepare the Contract revisions if and when applicable
Qualification Required & Experience
• Strong academic background
• Accredited University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Master preferable
• 0/2 years work experience
• Excellent oral and written English
• Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Main Responsibilities
The Procurement Compliance Specialist will take care of Compliance, within the Procurement Department. Moreover, he will be requested to support the buyers in the negotiation of contract
Key Activities:
• Maintain and update the procedural framework of the Procurement Department
• Monitor the compliance of the procurement process vs company policies and procedures
• Liaise with eni Headquater and other departments, as may be requested
• Support buyers in contract negotiation and in document drafting
• Interface with internal/external function during Audits, as requested by management
Main Responsibilities:
• Procedural / standard framework of the Procurement Department
• Prepare and maintain updated the procedures of the department under the management supervision

Compliance of procurement processes
• Verify the compliance of the processes vs policies and procedures in line with the indication of Management Support Contract Negotiation
• Support buyers in drafting contracts and other documents

A leading Oil and Gas Company is looking for qualified candidates for the following position based in Accra:- Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Engineer
Main Responsibilities
• Follow up and make technical input to the industrial safety aspects of project design and equipment testing
• Ensure proper investigation and follow up industrial accident reports for the purpose of identifying their root causes / effects and effective elimination of their causes
• Ensure that all statutory reports are properly and promptly prepared for the appropriate Government Agencies
• Definition / updating of safety technical standards
• Assistance for development and implementation of project HSE plans
• Development of project safety philosophy
• Provision of safety support to line functions (drilling, production, exploration)
• Reviewing implementation of HSE based mitigation measures by project engineers
• Assistance for the management of the safety interfaces between HSE System and Project Teams
• Assist in the annual budget preparation of safety equipment and materials
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree, with minimum of: 4/7 years contract experience in the up-stream process and oil & gas projects of which at least 3 years working as a supervisor with a major oil company OR 4/7 years contracts experience in the up-stream process and oil & gas projects, of which at least 2 years on major and/or high complexity contracts
