Job Description
Job Title: Health Assistant
Job Purpose:
The Health Assistant will support the activities of the Health Manager based on the Company’s Health guidelines and procedures and, in line with guidelines set out by the Management.
Main responsibilities:
Manage inventory, including expiry dates of drugs
Responsible for the procurement of drugs and non-medical consumables
Assist in the design and implementation of health promotion activities
Monitor the health insurance provider
Report data into the Health Information System on a quarterly and semestral basis (HEIS, GIPSI or ARAMIS etc.)
Monitor and follow up on fitness to work medical exams schedule and liaise with WARA Medical Provider for booking.
Redact communication documents on health and HR activities
Liaise with nurse and supervise all records keeping and medical charts
Co-operate and assist the Health Manager in developing/editing the Workplace Procedures
Collect health data on a monthly basis from the first aid room, WARA, Onshore and Offshore sites
Perform health inductions to personnel on short mission (using video and/or PPT prepared by HMGR)
Monitor and assist in the implementation of Global Health & Community Health activities
Replenish items in the first aid kits
Monitor emergency equipment on a monthly basis
Must be available for survey missions in remote sites
Monitor and follow up on Eni foundation
Required Skills or Experience
Candidate Specification
Candidate must have experience in the Health Sector, Pharmacy, Public Health and HR Administration.
Minimum Requirements:
Diploma in Public Health or Bachelor’s Degree in Health or higher cultural background
Minimum 3 years operational experience in the Health Sector.
Must be efficient in Excel, Word & PowerPoint
Should be able to communicate effectively in English and have observational skills
Candidate must be flexible and adaptable to the different kind of tasks
