Enterprise Life Assurance Company Ltd (ELAC), a subsidiary of Enterprise Group Limited and the Leader in the Financial Services Sector is seeking qualified and experienced persons for the above position.
Reports to the Unit Head, IT Infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily systems administration and management of server hardware and backups across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Analysis and Trouble shooting
- Manage IT infrastructure both software and hardware
- Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient running of IT Infrastructure Unit
- Provide technical advice based on current IT practices and trends
- Monitor network infrastructure
- Configure server security and monitor server operating systems
Required Skills or Experience
- A first degree in Computer Science from a recognized university
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator
- Not less than two (2) years relevant experience
Job Competencies:
- Demonstrate strong knowledge in Microsoft Server 2003/2008
- Strong expertise in server operating systems and active directory
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex issues and proactive in solving problems
- Results oriented
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
