We are now looking for a Workplace Expertise Manager (Portfolio & Project Management) to drive corporate Real Estate business and who is responsible for Ericsson’s entire office Real Estate Portfolio in Sub Saharan Africa.

Job Description

Job Title: Projects and Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities:

  • You will drive subject matter strategy and design
  • You will lead implementation of processes
  • You will be the subject matter expert (SME) Portfolio and Project Management
  • You will handle major projects and Drive the RE Portfolio Strategy in line with Group RE Portfolio directives, processes and procedures.
  • You will partner with the corporate project sponsors and RE Consultants and service providers.
  • And you will execute on sustainability metrics

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: (Min Bachelors Degree in Real Estate Management, Project Management, Building Construction or Architecture is required. A Masters degree in Real Estate, Finace or Construction Project Management is an added advantage.
  • Min 5 years of experience in managing Real Estate Portfolio in a corporate sector is required.
  • Domain experience: Real Estate, Construction, Real Estate Facility Management (REFM) as corporate, commercial or consultant.
  • Experience in Surveying, Real Estate, Construction or equivalent
  • Real Estate Process, Models & Strategies
  • Change & Improvement Management Skills
  • Negotiation and Argumentation Skills
  • Program and Project Management Skills
  • Delivering results and managing customer expectations

Additional Requirements:

  • Experience of previous work with a multi national firm will be an added advantage.
