Job Title: Head of Strategic Planning & Collaboration

About the role

Our global Women’s Economic Empowerment (WEE) programme is looking for a Head of Team candidate to fill an exciting new position, created to ensure we bring about economic gains for 30 million women and girls between now and 2020.
You will be responsible for leading the development and management of our plan to deliver our global strategy, and will line manage four critical sub-components to the WEE programme. Your thought leadership, development savvy and ability to project manage a complex multi-million dollar portfolio will need to be of the highest standards. This is a ‘business critical’ role for ourWEE programme, providing insights and direction that will enable the entire team to deliver on our ambitious goals.

About You

Our ideal candidate will combine strategic leadership talent, with outstanding communication and inter-personal qualities, alongside finely tuned analytical and organizational skills. We are looking for a multi-tasking expert, and someone prepared to jump feet first into a busy and challenging chapter of the WEE programme’s evolution.
