Corporate Service Associate Overview

The Corporate Sales Associate brings Farmerline’s tools and services to clients and customers region and continent-wide. The role involves building a deep understanding of Farmerline’s technologies, products, services, and potential tools, translating these to fit the needs of a diversity of organizations, and closing deals and partnerships for the mutual benefit of Farmerline and its clients. The Associate will be evaluated based on deals initiated, closed, and successfully managed. A strong Corporate Sales Associate is both a self-starter and a team player, have strong written and verbal communication skills, and passionate about bringing Farmerline’s services worldwide.

Job Description


Job Title: Senior Associate, Corporate Services


Lead Generation and Partnership Development

  • Continuously search for opportunities for sales growth by researching new markets, communications channels, and strategies
  • Research, identify, and build relationships with potential new clients, leveraging a variety of approaches including events, networking, and cold calling
  • Assist in developing strategies and solutions that meet the needs of potential clients, and communicating these effectively through proposals and presentations.
  • Turn leads into closed deals and partnerships for the mutual benefit of Farmerline and its clients.

Project Management

  • Ensures a seamless transition of customer response to the designated customer success team following a successful implementation
  • Execute and perform activities on new client implementations.
  • Create and maintain plan documents working internally.
  • Lead project execution across client and practice teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service by responding quickly to the needs or challenges of current and potential clients and partners
  • Cultivate and deepen client relationships and partnerships that add value
  • Obtain and revise account information and complete activities as required.
  • Collaborate with finance and sales to ensure contract execution and renewal adjustments.


  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Fluency in English required. Professional proficiency in French is an asset.
  • Excellent people and relationship-building skills
  • Effective verbal and written communicator
  • Self-starter who takes initiative to meet goals and deadlines, create new business opportunities, and continuously improve individual and team performance
