Job Title: Service Leader – Completion Tools

Help energize the world. One oil company at a time. Size does matter, particularly when it comes to meeting service and quality control needs. In those situations where a territory is too small to warrant the full-time attention of a Service Coordinator or Field Service Quality Control specialist, you take on those duties in addition to the duties of your role as Completions Service Leader. Your emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction for long-term growth and profitability of your area of responsibility. Interact with customers and supervise the activities of Completions service and/or shop personnel to exceed customer requirements. Manage facilities. Mentor and assess the performances of Completions Service Specialists, Service Operators and Operator Assistants. Get out there and enjoy the great outdoors – and a world of rewards. A high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience as a Completions Service Specialist are required for this position. Related supervisory or management experience preferred.
