Job Title: Project Director
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Provide technical and management oversight for all project personnel.
- Serve as FHI 360’s representative to USAID/West Africa, Ministries, regional institutions, technical agencies, and other participating organizations.
- Ensure that FHI 360’s financial controls and systems comply with generally accepted accounting practices that meet USAID standards.
- Implement project, providing general program and technical direction as well as completion of required reports.
Required Skills or Experience
- Master’s in public health, social sciences, international development, or related field. Sr. project management.
- Specialist with at least 15 yrs. experience with international development projects, with particular experience in HIV prevention & MARP programming, capacity building, policy development and implementation.
- Global Fund grant implementation knowledge.
- Community development experience. English and French language skills. Able to travel internationally within the West Africa region.

Job Title 2: Technical Advisor
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborate with the Chief of Party and technical staff to provide strategic input for program activities.
- Monitor program results, ensuring program provides high quality technical services, meets its annual targets, and maximizes positive outcomes.
- Serve as Chief of Party when the Chief of Party is away from the program.
Required Skills or Experience
- Master’s degree or higher in social science, public health, or other relevant field.
- At least 7 yrs exp with USG-funded international health project design and monitoring and evaluation methodologies, including qualitative and quantitative skills.
- Experience directing, managing, and evaluating large, complex projects.
- English and French language skills.
- Able to travel internationally within the West Africa region.

Job Description
Responsibilities include:

Required Skills or Experience
- Master’s in anthropology, public health education, social & behavioral sciences, or related field.
- At least 7 yrs exp working in HIV/AIDS prevention; at least 5 yrs working with MARP populations.
- Strong exp & technical expertise working with community-based organizations, NGOs, and host-country governments.
- English and French language skills. Able to travel internationally within the West Africa region.

Job Title 4: Senior Finance Manager
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Provide leadership on administrative, finance, and accounting as related to implementation of the project.
- Supervise the ongoing development and maintenance of financial reporting and budgeting systems.
- Prepare and submit financial and accrual reports to USAID.
- Manage project procurement processes.
- Support the implementation of the District Supply Chain Management Package.
Required Skills or Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting and financial management (will be adjusted based on work experience).
- Ten yrs exp in all phases of financial project management. English & French language skills.
- Able to travel internationally within the West Africa region.

- Lead the design and implementation of a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan for the project.
Required Skills or Experience
- Graduate degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field.
- At least 7 yrs experience in monitoring, evaluating, and research related to public health programs.
- At least 3 yrs experience with USAID or PEPFAR HIV-related programming. English and French language skills.
- Able to travel internationally within the West Africa region.
