Duties

• Responsible for implementing the strategic direction of the company
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory and prudential requirements on time

Qualification

• A good first degree in Banking and Finance, Accounting or Marketing option
• HND qualification (Accounting or Marketing Option)
• An associate banker (CIB qualified)
• A minimum of seven years relevant working experience in rural banking
• Must be knowledgeable in emerging T-24 software
