Job Title: Commercial Corporate and Investment Banking Head

Purpose
To lead and manage a multidisciplinary team in developing and executing fib Ghana´s CCIB strategy, including establishing the CCIB platform across the key regions in Ghana. Delivery of Asset, Liability, Top Line Revenue, and PBTgrowth. Co-ordination of key stakeholder initiatives/initiatives in partnership with Rand Merchant Bank (RMB), FNB and FirstRand Group. To build and manage relationships with all key stakeholders and secure buy-in and support for key business issues.

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Relevant post-graduate degree (e.g. CA / CFA / Analytics /MBA).
• Minimum years of relevant experience: 8+ years relevant banking experience.
