Job Description

Job Title: Transactional Sales Manager

Purpose

To evaluate and define requirements for delivering the necessary capability to a business that enables quality solutions and a client-centric orientation

Experience And Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Relevant Degree
• Minimum years of relevant experience: 3 to 5 years experience in a similar environment, of which1 to 2 years ideally at the junior (entry-level) management level
• Preferred qualification: Relevant Finance Degree
• Technical Knowledge/ skills and experience: In-depth understanding and application of Transactional banking/payments and clearing
• Treasury/cash management and working capital ratios
• Portfolio management and the sales life-cycle
• Transactional banking
• product knowledge Experience:
• In the same/similar role focused on delivering results and meeting / exceeding sales targets
• Track record of entrenched relationships within a portfolio of clients
• Ability to engage and persuade senior client stakeholders e.g. CFO, Treasurer
