Job Description

Job Title: Marketing and Business Development Manager

Advertisement

Conduct in depth market research on popular Value-Added-Service for Mobile Industry
Conduct presentation to Telco’s and new/existing partners/clients
Build good rapport with Telco’s and Content Partners
Interaction with partners/clients regarding the feedback from any proposed services and provide solution within 24 hours
Prepare Services’ Flow for every services proposed to partners/clients
Interaction and support with internal Creative Team and Technical Team in Malaysia (HQ)
Identify sales viability for the Department for new products development and marketing ideas
Prepare and present KPI achievement on monthly achievements to the management
Presenting industry facts and data into a comprehensive explanation
Go out, network, build relationship with new people from in or outside industry and be able to translate it to special projects related to mobile industry
Negotiate best deals with any partners

Requirements:

3-10 years of experience in dealing with Telco’s and Content Providers
Have previous experience in Value-Added-Service (VAS)
Required language(s): English and local language
Excellent grasp of business case and financial analysis, sales management and time management
Exceptional skills in maintaining daily on-site customer appointments
High interpersonal and account management/business development and sales abilities
Superior negotiating and closing abilities
Existing relationship with the people from the industry
Internet savvy
High-motivated, sales oriented self-starter with ability to work independently and creative thinker able to nurture customer relationships and understand client’s needs
A self-starter, proactive, sales orientated, well organized, self-oriented team player, and high achiever
