Job Title: Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate the introduction and implementation of branch operations systems, processes, procedures and policies that will reflect positively on the entire company’s bottom line
• Responsible for the effective and efficient monitoring of the daily operation of the company’s branch network.
• Maintain a robust system supportive of the company’s entire operations network to facilitate the delivery of excellent customer service at all times
• Review reconciliation of internal accounts-suspense account and take action on outstanding items
Qualification Required & Experience
• BSc Business Administration, Finance or related field
• MBA or professional qualification will be an advantage
• At least 5 years hands on Banking operations experience and branch management
• In-depth knowledge of modern branch techniques and best practices

2. Job Description
Job Title: Compliance Officer
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for developing AML/CFT programs and activities for the company
• Responsible for enhancing the compliance culture witnin the organisation
• Ensure all conduct and other regulatory risk issues are escalated promptly
• Ensure all open commitments to the regulator are tracked to completion
• Assess the regulatory risks of new business intitiatives, regulatory interventions and changes to the financial environment
Qualification Required & Experience
• A Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance or related field, MBA or professional will be an advantage
• 2 years experience in related field
• In depth technical compliance knowledge and the application of Financial Crime rules and guidance
• Proven experience of monitoring regulatory compliance processes, practices, risks and customer outcomes in a financial services institution.

Job Title: Human Resource Officer
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare human resource forecasts in consultation with business unit managers/heads
• Facilitate performance and talent management programme
• Undertake the full range of functions for recruitment, selection and appointment
• Develop and implement human resources programs and policies, processes, procedures, etc
• Ensure organizational development & employee training and development
Qualification Required & Experience
• A bachelor degree in human resources management or related discipline required. Masters degree and professional qualification will be an advantage
• 2 years experience in human resources relationship management
• Generalist HR expertise in strategic resourcing, performance management, etc.
