1. Job Description

Job Title: Credit Officer

•   Market loan and cross sell other products of the institution to clients with a view to maximise outreach
•   Discuss loan requirements with borrowers
•   Evaluate credit requests and prepare the appropriate recommendations
•   Ensure prompt repayment of loans disbursed
•   Consistently monitor clients business and offer needed business advice.

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a Diploma required
•   At least 1 year of working experience

2. Job Description

Job Title: Investment Officer

•   Market and sell fixed term deposit (Investment) products
•   Actively manage the portfolio and build strong relationship with clients

Qualification Required & Experience

•   A minimum of a Diploma required
•   At least 1 year of working experience

Job Title: Customer Service Officer

•   Identify and assess clients needs to achieve satisfaction
•   Build sustainable relationship of trust through open and interactive communication
•   Manage effectively and efficiently the office area
