Graduates of the year 2017 or 2018 with the following degrees:

Electronics Engineering

Computer Science / Software/Computer Engineering / IT or Information Systems / Networks Engineering

IT& Engineering degrees with a focus on Telecommunications

We are now looking for Support Engineer graduates that will assist in providing technical service and support to our customers.

As there are no distinct borders between the areas, you will need to be flexible and master more than one area. During the program, you will develop technically, and you will be responsible for continuously keeping your competence and skills up to date, with the support of your manager.

Working as a Support Engineer will require broad knowledge within telecommunications and Datacom – covering both hardware, software, and network knowledge.

Principal Tasks and Responsibilities you will be involved in

  • Participate in customer issue handling.
  • Assist with handling of dedicated support.
  • Share experience in Software Update Management (SUM) handling.
  • Help with troubleshooting and resolving problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
  • Partake in interactions with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers and other groups within the Service Delivery organization.
  • Contribute to configuring and integrating different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
  • Be part of Remote Service Gateway (RSG) mentoring.
  • Engage with groups in sales, Research & Development (R&D), Third party suppliers and local authorities.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum education level required: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Information Technology (or a degree in a relevant field).
  • Newly graduated individuals in 2017 or 2018 with the abovementioned qualifications are preferred.
  • Internship experience from technical roles focusing on Support engineering is advantageous but not a must, e.g. experience from work as an Intern – Support Engineer.
  • Ability to handle various customer raised issues through different tools and collaborating with different teams to handle these issues.
  • Willing to work in shifts and on calls.
  • Able to visit different customer sites in different situations and conditions.
