Job Description

Job Title: Front Office Agent

Main tasks:
-Sales order Management in SAP
-Handling “Customer Complaints” in invoicing
-Contact with the wharehouse to prepare deliveries and orders shipping
-Problem solving on deliveries: delays, payment conditions, ship loads, etc.
-Interactions:
-Regional and national Sales managers
-Customers
-Logistics department

Requirements:

-QUALIFICATION
-Degree in Business Administration or Trade related
-Two(2) Years experience in Similar role
