Job Description
Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager that will be responsible for the day to day operations of the warehouse activities and ensuring smooth work flow and supervision of the team is effective and obstacles to the process are cleared. To ensure that all goods received, stored and dispatched are Accurate in line with company procedure and policies.
Main tasks:
Strategically plan and manage warehouse, transportation and deliveries.
Ensures proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of goods in order to prevent product damage and avoid occurrence of pilferage, accidents and occupational hazards.
Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency
Resolve any arising problems or complaints
Ensure daily reconciliation of stocks
Ensure all documents managed for easy access and retrieval
Manage outsourced Loaders
Reports generating
Requisitos:
Educational Qualification
Degree in relevant field
Technical & Technological competencies
High Computer literacy level
Good knowledge of SAP is a must
Essentials:
Min 3 years in a similar position in an FMCG company
Ability to work under pressure and to work with little or no supervision
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Numeracy and understanding of cost
People management skills, including the ability to lead and delegate work and explain ideas
