Job Description

Job Title: Warehouse Racking Assistant 

Role & Responsibilities:

The role holder will be responsible for controlling the flow of stock to the warehouse. He/she will monitor the goods that come in and out between sections and efficiently move, handle items and keep stock records.

Results / Accountabilities

-Receive daily online packed products for safe quarantine in the racks

-Arrange all products in the racks according to their badges and SKU

-Supply matured product of any SKU required for sorting as directed by the sorting supervisor

-Update logs for inventory processing

-Ensure workspace is free of debris and remove safety hazards from the aisles

-Provide racking progress and/or change over reports to shift supervisors.

-Wear safety gear at all times.

Requirements:

Education and Work Experience:

-Minimum of a Diploma in related fields

-Able to pass drug/background check

-Able to work nights weekends and holidays

-Able to work in a fast-paced environment

-Pays attention to details and monitor quality of inventory

-Computer literate

Preferred skills:

-Strong work ethic.

-Very strong computer skills.

-Strong communicator (both oral & written).

-Physically and mentally fit.

-Proven ability to work well in a team environment.
