We are recruiting a Legal Regional Manager for our business in Africa, who will be based in Africa.

Job Description

Job Title: Regional Legal Manager

Role & Responsibilities:

Ensure company actions are compliant at all times with legislation in force and Administrative-Financial Management, in accordance with the corporate policies and strategies to contribute to achieving the economic and strategic objectives.

-Negotiation of special contracts (sales, mergers, acquisitions, etc.)

-Review the legal risks involved in various business deals

-Provide legal advice to the management

-Analyze legal information and do the essential paper work

-Handle litigation management.

-Review contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms.

-Deal with external law authorities

Requisitos:

Degree in Law

Degree in Business Administration and/or an MBA very beneficial

6 years of experience in a position of responsibility in the legal area

Languages: High level of English, French very beneficial
