Job Description
Job Title: Compensation and Benefits Technician
Role & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Compensation and benefits technician who will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the compensation and benefits company policy making sure all employees receive an equitable package reward.
-Participate in the definition of the salary structure and compensation and benefits policy, making sure it’s aligned with the Company strategy and business goals.
-Making sure the compensation policy is aligned with local rules and legislation
-Making job evaluations and classifications
-Analyzing salary benchmark studies, as well as the internal salaries within the organization
-Suggest and propose new initiatives and best practices in order to be more competitive in the marking with the company strategy alignment.
-Conduct periodic audits
-Forecast budget for salary increases.

Requisitos:
-BS degree in human resources, business administration or finance
-Previous working experience as a compensation and benefits specialist (3-5 years)
-Working knowledge of job evaluation and job analysis systems
-Labour rules knowledge
-Knowledge of incentives and benefits
-Strong analytical skills
-Experience with different countries will be very valuable
