Our client Adom Shipping Company is a door to door shipping company. It is a family owned company operating and currently shipping from the United Kingdom (UK) to Ghana. The company has a mission to provide reliable, affordable, quality and assured door to door service. It focuses on
linking Ghanaian businesses to the UK and global market. The office in Ghana is located in Suncity last stop, Ashiaman-Tema.
Genuisbrain International is seeking to engage on behalf of the company an experienced Business Supervisor.
Reporting to the Managing Director in the United Kingdom through GeniusBrain, the successful candidate shall undertake inter alia the following duties:
Coordinating and collaborating with the office in UK to ensure quality and smooth service to customers particularly in the delivery of goods
Supervising the offloading of goods and delivery to clients
Responding to phone calls, enquiries and handling all complaints of clients professionally
Notifying clients of delivery of goods days before delivery date
Maintaining and managing customer files and databases
Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures by all personnel
Managing administrative processes and monitoring documentation for delivery of shipped goods
Handling all administrative duties in the Ghana office
Managing and checking deliveries and goods shipped to Ghana.
Set systems and processes for checking goods delivered by drivers and confirmations of all deliveries to clients including reporting back to the
UK office.
Following up on shipment arriving at the port (clearing, offloading, sorting, delivering and confirmation of deliveries.
Preparing receipts and payment accounts as required
Marketing Adom Shipping to clients

Any other duty as deemed necessary
Compensation:Attractive and negotiable salary.

Required Skills or Experience

Should possess a first degree in Management or Administration field.
Have Good working IT skills using Microsoft Office tools;
Good numeracy skills. Ability to supervise or support delivery personnel and set up an office.
Ability to resolve conflict and complex issues related to customer services.
Must be physically fit, strong and energetic as light weight lifting might be required.
Essential
Must have good communication and interpersonal skills, Fluent in English and Twi.
People centered, Able to work with own initiative, Presentable, polite and tactful. Excellent administrative skill.
