Job Description

Job Title: ASP.NET and C# Architect (with Sitecore) – $60k

As one of our web developers, your responsibility is all about developing intelligent and efficient controllers, controls, and views that bring our data to the users with uncompromising speed. The right candidate for this position loves writing C# and LINQ and working with the latest versions of Sitecore, implementing smartly crafted architectures that rely on simplicity of design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow a standardized methodology to successfully create web applications and web functionality on time using latest web technologies and best practices
• Implement customer facing web applications in Sitecore, creating a marketing platform for a leading software company
• Implement partner and internal web applications to help brand engage with its users
• Implement ASP.NET controls, pages, views, and controllers, mapping data in Sitecore and integrated systems to HTML

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to work in a global team
• Ability to write clean, readable and performant code, adhering to coding standards
• 5+ years of experience with .NET, C#, ASP.NET (WebForms and MVC), and LINQ
• 4+ years of experience writing HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• 2+ years of experience with HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript
• 2+ years of experience working with source control (git, mercurial, svn) and project management (JIRA, Wrike, etc) software
• Knowledge of SQL, LESS, SCSS, JSON, XML, XSLT, Photoshop/Illustrator, jQuery, Bootstrap, TypeScript a plus
• Technical IT knowledge in the field in which GFI operates is ideal, but not required (or considered as an asset)

40 hrs/week

Compensation: USD $30/hr

Location: Global (remote)
