The Position:
The Executive Secretary is the head of the Secretariat and who shall in the performance of his functions be responsible to the General Council through the National Secretary and the National President of the organisation. The Executive Secretary should therefore have the requisite qualifications and experience and a clear understanding of structures and systems and be capable of assisting the General Council in achieving its goals from the head office and its decentralised structure of committees and regional offices. The position is a full-time job.

Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the successful candidate would include:

• Ensuring efficient running of the Headquarters
• Maintaining proper register of members in good standing
• Efficient co-ordination of all activities of the organisation
• Sourcing for funds for the execution of the projects and programmes of the Association

Remuneration: Very Attractive but negotiable
