The Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) invites application from suitably qualified persons to the above full-time positions in the institute in the following Areas:

•   Accounting/Taxation/Auditing
•   Communication
•   Human Resource Management
•   Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management
•   Leadership
•   Business Research Methods
•   Management Information Systems/E-Commerce
•   Finance

Qualification Required & Experience

•   Preferably, a Ph.D. holder from a reputable University
•   Master’s degree holders must have substantial teaching and corporate experience. Must demonstrate some experience in publishing in international academic journals or exhibit potential for conducting research, and must have a minimum of two (2) years teaching experience

Candidates shall be required to

•   Demonstrate some experience in teaching-related programmes/courses at the undergraduate and post-graduate levels
•   Demonstrate experience in supervising student’s research work at undergraduate and postgraduate levels
