The Chief Administration Officer shall, under the direction and control of the Rector, be the chief operating officer in charge of the general administration of the Institute
Major Responsibilities include among others:
- Excercise administrative control over the infrastructural and municipal service organizations of the Institute
- Be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Institute including staff management and evaluation, and the development and maintenance of administrative procedures and principles
- Implement the Institute’s strategic plan and guide the implementation of Management decisions
- Assist the Rector to take executive action on decisions of statutory boards and committees as appropriate

Required Skills or Experience
- Must have a Master’s degree in Public Administration/Business Administration/Social Science or related fields
- Must have understanding of higher education administration and management
- At least fifteen (15) years experience in related/comparable management position with solid people management skills
