Ghana Rubber Estates Limited (GREL) is a multinational Company engaged in rubber production both at the primary and manufacturing levels. The company has its head office in Takoradi with field offices in Abura and a state-of-the-art rubber processing factory at Apemenim, all in the Ahanta West district of the Western Region. Job Description

The Role:
This is an Executive level position and the successful candidate will report directly to the Human Resource and Administrative Manager.

He/she will support the HR and Admin Manager in the planning, development and implementation of Corporate HR strategies to manage all levels of the about 3,000 employees (regular and technical contract) of the Company

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification and Experience:

The successful candidate, aged between 35 and 40 years
Should possess at least a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable university and should have extensive experience in Recruitment, Wage and Salary Administration, Performance Management System, Training and Development, Budgeting and Industrial Relations
He/she should have a high level knowledge of Excel and other HR-related software and must be a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana (IHRMP)
Experience in relating with all levels of employees will be a big plus
