Job Title: Lecturers

Required Areas of Specialization

• Leadership
• Evaluation
• Communication

Successful candidates shall report to the Dean of the School of Public Service and Governance.

The appointments would be made at Lecturer, Senior Lecturer or Professorial levels for teaching and research depending on achievements and experience of the successful candidates.

Required Skills or Experience

Preferably a PhD degree from a reputable University.
Non Ph.D holders must show compelling evidence of at least two of the following:

• Research aptitude;
• Potential to enroll in a reputable PhD Programme;
• Effective teaching and contribution to pedagogy;
• Substantial working experience in the field applied for.
