Job Description
Job Title: Administrative Clerk
Role Specification
Principal duties and responsibilities would include:
• Welcome, greet and assisting clients via the telephone
• Controlling the adequacy of incoming calls
• Checking validity of clients information
• Scheduling time for medical doctors on duty
• Retrieving previous medical records of clients
• Reporting to the medical doctor on all activities
• Handling and organising office files effectively
• Maintaining files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format
• Coordinating communication between various departments
• Coordinating general administrative work such as scheduling meetings, developing weekly and monthly reports, disseminating information to all parties, among others
Qualification Required & Experience
• A minimum of an HND certificate in administration / customer service or any related field
• A 3 years of demonstrated experience in office administration and customer service
• Possess the skill and ability to work under pressure
• Possess the skill and ability to work to deadlines
• Must be a good negotiator
• Possess the ability to use own initiative for efficiency work as part of a team
