Job Title: Sales Agents

Job Summary

Principal duties and responsibilities will include:

• Selling various types of non-life insurance policies to businesses and individuals on behalf of GLICO General insurance company Ltd.
• Meeting with policyholders to deliver and explain policies as well as suggesting enhancements or changes to add value to their policies
• Seeking new clients and developing new clientele through efficient networking relations to generate lists of prospective clients
• Monitoring insurance claims to ensure they are settled equitably for both the client and the insurer
• Calculating premiums correctly and implementing effectively the “No, Premium, No Cover” Policy

Qualification Required & Experience

• Must possess a diploma in Marketing, Business Administration or other relevant qualification that supports the role requirement
• Must have the ability to educate, present relevant information in a convincing manner to influence sales
• Must be computer literate and have working knowledge of Microsoft suite
