All connecting seamlessly into Glo’s 10,000 kilometers of fibre-optic backbone throughout Nigeria. In fact, Glo 1 has created the only completely end to end communications network in the region. With Points of Presence (POP) in the UK, Hong Kong, USA and Virtual POPs in France and Germany, Glo Gateway services manage roaming connections, voice and data traffic both in the local and international markets.

Job Description

Locations: (Takoradi, Koforidua, Tarkwa, Cape Coast, Sunyani, Wa, Ho and Tamale)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the protection of installations of Glo Mobile Ghana is designated areas of responsibility
• Supervise, control, regulate and keep records of entry and exit of all men, materials and vehicles in the company premises/sites/locations
• Ensuring adequate security coverage are provided by third party security companies engaged by the company in all locations

Remuneration:

•  Remuneration is competitive and as obtainable in the Telecoms industry

Required Skills or Experience

• Minimum of GCE O/A Level, SSSCE or WAEC Holders
• Minimum of rank of Sergeant in the Armed Forces or its equivalent in the Para-military
• Relevant experience in similar role will be an advantage
• Very good interpersonal skills
• Good verbal & written skills
• Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
• Ability to drive and must hold a valid driving license
• Ability to take effective decisions and follow ups
