Job Description
Job Title: Financial Advisors
Purpose
• To drive sales and increase premium income of the company through prospecting & selling life assurance products to customers.
General Responsibilities
• Prospecting for new clients & selling Lifeassurance products to target market
• Working in a team to achieve sales targetResponsible for representing company atfield events such as conferences, seminars,exhibition, etc
• Preparing sales reports to Team Leaders
• Meet sales and premium targets
• Directly Supervise Financial Advisors
• Prospecting & Selling Life products to atarget market
• Working in a team to achieve a sales target
• Meet sales and premium targets
• Sales & marketing of life products
• Establish new sales points and servicingexisting ones
Qualification Required & Experience
• Must have completed National Service
• SHS,DBS, HND or Degree

• Ability to work under pressure
• Excellent customer service
• Good negotiation and networking skills
• Good planning and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communicationskills
• Highly aggressive and high sense of integrity
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
