Job Description

Compile daily, weekly, and monthly time and attendance (T&D) statistics for various departments
Generate attendance reports as and when required for decision-making
Provide T&D data to heads of department upon request
Ensure all T&D documents are properly scrutinised, timely processed and report irregularities to HR Manager and Security Superintendent
Supervise the verification of specimen signatures and correct document completion to prevent fraudulent practices on input documents submitted from line managers
Reconcile attendance data with timesheets to ensure that employees are paid correct monthly overtime
Supervise inputting of shift rosters into access control system to ensure that only employees required to work on the shift are allowed access to and from their work areas
Assist with the smooth workflow of employees to and from their work areas by ensuring the effective functioning of the access control system
Perform any other related duties that may be assigned time to time

Required Skills or Experience

BSc Computer Science, degree in Statistics or related area of study from a recognised tertiary institution with at least three (3) years hands-on experience
Knowledge of and experience in analysing time and attendance data from biometric system
Excellent data analysis skills
Fluent and working knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Power Point etc
Proficient in technical report writing
Must possess valid Ghanaian driving license
