Job Description

Job Title: Head of Sales & Marketing

PURPOSE:

The ideal candidate will bring in strong leadership experience and impact in developing and leading sales and marketing initiatives to ensure it drives growth throughout the Group. He/she will also have been exposed to a variety of industries.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Define and align sales growth strategy for different companies throughout the Group
• Develop sales strategies, review and advise on policies of pricing, product mix, sales channels and brand portfolio
• Drive efficient and effective organizational development and resource management to secure best results on Investment
• Formalize cross-selling programs including incentives, tracking and developing sales and marketing materials
• Have proof of achieving sales targets in the past

Knowledge, Skills & Ability:

• A Sales and Marketing academic and professional background (Bachelor’s or Master’s level)
• Minimum of 7 years in sales management roles, including senior leadership exposure
• Extensive experience with CRM software such as MS Dynamics, Zoho and SalesForce
• Result oriented, success-driven and with a holistic mindset and ability to identify new sales opportunities across Groupe Nduom
• Travel is a natural part of the job and the ability to work effectively regardless of location is essential to success
