Accountabilities:
Reporting to Engineering Support Manager – West Africa Manufacturing Support Hub. You required to:
To lead the key engineering agendas in Guinness Ghana and shape strategy in
Safety in all engineering activities
The journey to Asset Care excellence
Utilities and Energy Management
Environmental Management and Performance Improvement
Engineering Standards and Systems
Engineering Capability Development
Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications Required:

Degree in mechanical, electrical or maintenance engineering
Two years maintenance leadership experience
Two years Asset Care leadership experience
Project Management experience for major multi-disciplined project execution
Extensive and acknowledge expertise in maintenance and operation of packaging line, utilities plants and liquid food processes and including major maintenance interventions and problem solving
Training experience and trainer qualified. (Preferred)
Accomplished person manager and coach
