Job Description
Job Title: Head Of Reserve
PURPOSE
The purpose is to build and deliver the Reserve business’s short and medium terms goals through the full Guinness Ghana Breweries’ cross functional teams: the role is responsible for all aspects of the Reserve business – strategy development, customer partnership (building & influence), commercial planning, performance management (P&L accountable), supply forecasting and strategy / business delivery through direct team as well as the key players in On and Off Trade Channels.
Specifically, the role will need to nurture and build Reserve thinking into the sales and Brand Ambassador teams to achieve specific, targeted and measured objectives across the agreed Reserve universe of TLA/RLA and Premium accounts.
The role must work in partnership with the Reserve brand team (who report to Marketing) to ensure alignment on objectives and strategy with clear, focused Reserve brand plans designed to execute proven growth drivers at scale and accelerate growth.
The role must represent the interests & needs of the Reserve business across the wider organization.
