Job Description

Job Number: 23185BR

Accountabilities:
Reporting to Packaging Support Manager – West Africa. You will be required to:

Understand GRMS requirements in packaging operations and ensure requirements are met
Champion improvement initiatives in the department and ensure that the desired outcomes of such projects are delivered successfully
Lead the problem solving agenda in the team
Support the development of packaging training materials to fit with requirements of the site
Manage change successfully across cross functional teams
Support effective execution of world class plant maintenance and build capability within packaging department

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications Required:

UniversityDegree in engineering or science
Detailed and in depth understanding of packaging operations best practice in high speed packaging environment
Expert manufacturing management principles and techniques in packaging and perfect plant Good knowledge of business, great network and relationships
Analytical problem solving and auditing skills. Basic training skills. Understanding of governance standards such as LTO, ISO
Good IT skills including Excel and Power Point
