Job Title: Activations Executive – International Premium Spirits(IPS)
Deliver Sustainable Competitive advantage for GGBL by:
Owning the implementation of IPS sales strategy pan Ghana
Building into the formulation of trade strategies and manage their execution
Winning at the MOC via Brilliant execution
Ensuring IPS commercial score card targets are achieved as per sales strategy
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Business or Marketing
A strong track record in Commercial roles ideally with experience in Sales and Customer or Consumer Marketing.
A strong relationship builder with excellent influencing skills able to work with a diverse group of stakeholders. Strong cross functional team player.
Strong executional skills within Sales and or Marketing, understands what it takes to get things done to a high standard and with rigor. Deep knowledge of Sales Drivers and Trade Investment is important.
An in depth knowledge of the sales environment and people development
Contributing to the IPS commercial agenda as a member of the IPS Team.
Ensuring activity plan is sufficient to deliver on company’s objectives and RTM is fully capable of delivering on activities requirements. Regional sales team are fully supported for brilliant execution
Partner with the sales team to support and ensure brilliant execution of all tailored customer activities.
Ensuring all BTL activities are reflecting channel, shopper & customer needs and are helping us to win with them.
End to end JUBP process effectiveness & discipline including quarterly activity planning cycle effectiveness
Partner with the field sales force to ensure brilliant execution across trade for all IPS activities.
Ensures activity tracking & M&E process for all IPS activities (Effective and on time) are ongoing.
Shall be committed to selling and distributing only safe and quality products by following all instructions related to the Food Safety and Quality Management System.
IPS activations are consistently compliant with DMC guidelines. Drives Full compliance to Diageo COBC
Pre and Post activity evaluations are done in line with standard business practice
Execution spends are consistent with guidelines and done efficiently to drive GGBL commercial agenda
Spends Minimum 25% of time in the trade
