Under broad direction, performs the responsibilities of a Service Specialist and various functions of a Performance Development Coordinator and Service Coordinator in a region or project of insufficient size to warrant full-time employees. Interacts with customers and manages the installation of SmartWell® and potentially HCT completion products and services including workshop activities and personnel. May oversee the activities of more than one PSL based on the practical working knowledge of financial management and HMS tools. Job emphasis is on personnel development, operational excellence and customer satisfaction for long-term growth and profitability of incumbent#s area of responsibility (geographic area or a project).

May provide facilities management. Ensures that all activities are performed in compliance with HMS processes. Ensures that customer satisfaction and job performance data is gathered. Contacts customer for performance follow-up and to plan future work. Mentors and assesses Service Specialists, Service Operators and Operator Assistants. Job role directly impacts quality of service through personal contributions. Consequences of error are normally detectable and are often recoverable. Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and ensures compliance with all applicable HSE procedures and regulations in his/her area of responsibility. Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process including assisting with the review, validation and revisions to local HMS processes.
