Job Title: Chef
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage kitchen staff and delegate duties related to meals preparation and menu design
Cook guest orders according to their preferences
Planning and directing food preparation and culinary activities
Create and modify recipes in collaboration with assistants
Educational level should be an HND in Hotel catering or BSc in Hotel management or equivalent professional qualification
Good customer relation and ability to relate well with all
Must have experience in managerial / supervisory role
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem solving skills
Customer service orientated
Must have excellent communication and organizational skills
Must have the ability to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
